Minimum Age:

• Players must be at least 4 years of age on July 31, 2008 to play the 2008/2009 season.
• All brackets are named U then the age bracket. The "U" stands for "Under". This means that to qualify for a U-6 team your child must be "Under" 6 years old as of July 31 of this year. If the child is 6 years old on or after August 1 of this year, he/she would play in the next bracket available such as a U-8.
• We can not make any exception for birthdates as we are regulated by and follow the laws of CYSA (California Youth Soccer Association).

Registration Dates:

• Registration normally starts late in April and ends in early June of each year.
• Last day to sign-up in person this 2008 season is June 7, 2008 from 9:00am - 2:00pm.
• The last day to sign-up on line this 2008 season is June 15th, 2008.

You will need the following to register on-line:

• The name & birthdate of the player.
• The shirt & short size that the player will be wearing (see the sizing chart below).
• The player's parent(s)/guardian(s) name(s), addresses and phone number(s).
• The birth month and day of the mother of the player.
• A MasterCard or Visa Card to pay the registration fee.
• A printer to print the final registration form that must be signed and mailed to the league (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A WORKING PRINTER DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION OPTION). Be sure to include a small picture (aproximately 1.5" x 1.5") with a photo-copy of the player's birth certificate (birth certificate is only required for first year players and it will not be returned so do not send the original).
• Volunteer possitions desired or that the parent(s)/guardian(s) are available for such as: Coach, Assistant-Coach, Team Manager/Parent, Referee, Field Preperation, Concessions, Board Member/Committee, Clerical Financial, Publicity/Newsletter, Special Project/Fundraising, Sponsor, etc.

• April 23, 2008 Registration (Wednesday) @ Chamber of Commerce, 5:30pm -8:00pm
• May 14, 2008 Registration (Wednesday) @ Chamber of Commerce, 5:30pm - 8:00pm
• June 4, 2008 Registration (Wednesday) @ Chamber of Commerce, 5:30pm - 8:00pm
• June 7, 2008 Registration (Saturday) @ Chamber of Commerce, 9:00am - 2:00pm

Cost:

• $65.00 per player
• $55.00 for each additional player that is a sibling.
• $15.00 additional late registration fee (per player) once teams have been formed due to the additional time expense for making indiviual uniforms and additional team processing).
• $30.00 additional late charge (per player) if the child registers to late to participate in the fundraiser.

What To Bring:

• Copy of a birth certificate (only for new players to our league).
• A small picture that will not be returned (about 1.5" x 1.5"). 
• Shirt and short size for child being registered (see sizing chart below).
• The birth month & day of the player's mother.
